Filming on The Hunger Games: Catching Fire will move from Atlanta to Oahu later this month.

According to Pacific Business News, Hawaii Film Commissioner Donne Dawson has confirmed that Catching Fire will film in unspecified parts of Oahu.

“For security reasons, logistics reasons, we don’t confirm specific locations,” Dawson said.

North Carolina-based reporter Russ Bowen says that Catching Fire will finish filming in Atlanta on November 20th, and will begin rolling in Hawaii on November 26th. Catching Fire is expected to wrap all filming by the end of the year.

Lionsgate recently announced that Catching Fire director Francis Lawrence had been tapped to direct the final two movies in The Hunger Games franchise, Mockingjay: Part 1 and Mockingjay: Part 2. All three movies are expected to come out a year apart, starting with Catching Fire on November 22, 2013.
